NHS Solutions announces new referral bonus plan
TEMPE, AZ – NHS Solutions, Inc., an innovative and leading supplier of interim healthcare management solutions, is pleased to introduce a new referral bonus plan. One of our best recruiting tools is our satisfied interim nurse leaders and we want to thank them for referring their friends and colleagues to NHS Solutions. Our new, simplified policy states, “the Company agrees to pay a one-time referral fee of $500.00 if the Candidate is placed on an interim assignment for 60 days (or longer) within 24 months of receiving the Candidate information. The referral fee is earned on the 60th day of the interim assignment and payable with 10 business days after earned.” NHS Solutions is pleased to offer this incentive as a token of appreciation for the referral of successful new talent who join the NHS Solutions team.
