NHS Solutions has a new opportunity for an Interim Leader in Facilities and Plant Operations in California. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of Plant Operations including construction projects and security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of environmental service’s in a cost effective manner to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive facility. Responsibilities also include integrating a waste management program, including infectious and biohazardous waste disposal, linen distribution and collection. The Interim Director of Facilities will direct the departments performance improvement plan and maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies. Our client is looking for someone experienced with large HVAC units. Hospital experience is preferred but not required, 3-5 years of related experience will be considered.
