NHS Solutions has a new opportunity for an Interim Leader in Facilities Management. The Manager of Facilities will assist in managing the plant engineering and maintenance department, including facilities management functions, and loss prevention management functions. The successful candidate will administer repair and maintenance programs, implement policies and procedures; assure compliance with established standards and practices and regulatory requirements.  This role includes special projects assigned by department head and provision of overall direction of engineering services in absence of the Director. There will be 14 engineers reporting to this leader who will be reporting to the director of engineering.

Key Requirements: 

  • BS in Engineering preferred; preferably civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience as supervisor or manager in a Facilities Mgt or Engineering department within a hospital or healthcare-related field
  • CHFM strongly preferred
