Interim Practice Management Position
NHS Solutions has an immediate opening in California for an experienced Interim Practice Manager. This role encompasses management of the overall operations of one or more health clinics. The successful candidate will be able to exercise judgment and discretion in developing, applying, interpreting and coordinating department, division and medical center policies and procedures. Key areas of expertise include the ability to identify and evaluate proposed changes in practices and procedures, collect and analyze data to establish/ identify needs, evaluate program effectiveness, assist in developing goals and objectives for assigned work units or projects to align with the hospital’s initiatives, prepare narrative and statistical reports and interpret administrative direction for incorporation into operational policy and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred and may be substituted for 2 years management experience
- 6 years general supervisory experience with increasing responsibility in hospital, medical clinic or health program; proven track record in growing physician practice revenues and volumes
