NHS Solutions has an immediate need for an Interim Leader with strong Epic and charge capture experience. Our client in California is offering a great opportunity to support the finance department and leadership in assessing charge capture, coding accuracy and revenue management. This is expected to be a 6 month assignment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration or related field; 4 years’ experience in related functions may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration Healthcare Information or Finance preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a supervisory Charge Capture role
- Valid Certified Coder Certification (i.e., CPC, CCS, CPC-H or CIC- Certified Inpatient Coder) from an accredited national institution such as AHIMA and AAPC
