NHS Solutions is seeking an Interim Home Health Hospice Manager. Our client in the western region of the US is looking for someone to assume management and 24-hour responsibility for the planning, organization, staffing, directing, and controlling of the Home Health and Hospice Department. This includes the coordination of patient care, supervision of a professional team of multiple nursing staff and other clinical and non-clinical staff as appropriate, administrative and budget management, and troubleshooting of problem areas.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in health care management
- Prior experience with Home Health and Hospice nursing management preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements as applicable to home health and/or hospice preferred
