NHS Solutions seeks an experienced Interim Manager in Family Birth/Respiratory. The Interim Nurse Manager is responsible for the human, financial and capital resources as well as for all nursing care performed in the department. Responsibilities for the department include: develops and implements quality process improvement activities, interviews, hires, evaluates, coaches and disciplines staff in collaboration with the department director; oversees staff professional growth and development and manages capital and operational budgets within expected goals. The Nursing Manager directs the management and clinical activities of the Department ensuring high quality, cost-effective care is provided throughout the hospital after normal duty hours. The Nurse Manager provides leadership and management support in planning, organizing, staffing and controlling the operational functions related to Department. This role also consults with the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Nursing Executive, Senior Management Team Department Nursing Managers, and medical staff on activities related to staffing, safety, quality improvement and risk management after normal duty hours.

- BSN or equivalent education/experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 3 years’ experience in acute nursing care
- Charge nurse or clinical coordinator experience
