The Interim Clinical Blood Bank Manager is responsible for delivery of effective laboratory service by providing an environment that supports the productivity, competency and morale of technical and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for all operations in their laboratory including hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and evaluating staff.
