NHS Solutions has an immediate Job opening for an Interim Director of Home Health/Hospice in the Midwest area. The Interim Director will be responsible for the coordination and service as a liaison with appropriate management, personnel and affiliate departments and committees, the development of policies and guidelines for home health clinical personnel, and providing professional input to related administrative systems. The successful candidate will direct and supervise professional and auxiliary personnel rendering patient care services, performing marketing duties and communicating the concept of quality client care to the general community. The Interim Director of Home Health/Hospice will have primary responsibility for leadership and supervision to ensure that key bench mark indicators are met and will be responsible for compliance with meeting any applicable laws, regulations and requirements affecting the Home Health/Hospice program, Medicare regulations and JC standards.
