22082909 – Interim Ambulatory Practice Manager



Job Details:

NHS Solutions has an immediate need for an Interim Ambulatory Practice Manager. The successful candidate will possess the ability to exercise judgment and discretion in developing, applying, interpreting and coordinating department, division and medical center policies and procedures. Ability to identify and evaluate the need for developing proposed changes in practices and procedures, collect and analyze data to establish/ identify needs, evaluate program effectiveness, assist in developing goals and objectives is required.

Key Roles:

  • Builds a culture of trust and collective problem-solving
  • Directs, supervises and coaches staff daily; ensures that all staff are operating to the top of their license and providing high-value care to patients
  • Develops, implements and audits standard work
  • Gathers and analyzes information to determine new and ongoing resource needs
  • Determines objectives and formulates procedures and protocols
  • Monitors progress toward objectives
  • Participates in the development and implementation of policies, and priorities
  • Manages revenue cycle components related to clinic operations

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business or related field preferred
  • 5 years’ general supervisory experience with increasing responsibility in healthcare operations
