East Coast Remote

Job Details:

NHS Solutions is looking for a Client Manager for the East Coast region of the United States. This role will report to the VP Client Relations and will be responsible for Business Development and Account Management of accounts within the region. This role will work closely with the VP Client Relations who will provide daily guidance, development and industry knowledge.

While there will be consistent interaction and direction from the VP Client Relations, this will be a remote position that will require the Client Manager to mostly operate independently. NHSS is a 100% paperless office utilizing cloud-based sales, recruiting and operational tools (e.g. file sharing, e-signature, etc.) for all major business functions.  In addition to interfacing with the VP Sales, this role will work closely with the recruitment team and compliance/onboarding.

Position Goals and Objectives:

  • Build additional business in the territory
  • Business Development
    • Increase market share in the territory through bringing in new clients and reigniting past relationships
  • Account Management
    • Work closely with recruitment to fill open orders
    • Responsible for all client interaction throughout the submittal process, as well as ongoing communication during assignments
  • Once established, this role is expected to fill 25% of open orders

Job Duties:

  • Prospecting new clients for NHSS services (cold calling, warm calling, mapping, lead chasing, etc)
  • Develop, nurture and expand existing client relationships
  • Generate job orders for clients needing NHSS services
  • Provide industry knowledge to clients (pricing model, terms, conditions, features, benefits, etc)
  • Utilize Bullhorn, LinkedIn and other tools to maintain and manage client contacts, notes and other communication
  • Follow NHSS and industry best practices
  • Enter and manage all job orders in Bullhorn CRM tool
  • Work closely with NHSS recruiting team to define job order search requirements and submit candidates for the job order
  • Attend quarterly and annual industry conferences and trade shows
  • Recommend and implement new methods for optimizing new job order creation
  • Work with clients for problem and support resolution
  • Coordinate with VP Client Relations on new client agreements, addendums and extensions
  • Forward to NHSS all support issues raised by the client and assist in resolving as required
  • Work with management to review and integrate new projects as assigned 

Travel Requirements:

  • Client/prospect visits required
    • Initial estimate of a minimum of 6 clients per month, or 72 hospital site visits per year
  • Attend required industry conferences and trade shows
  • Attend corporate meetings

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience required; 3 years preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years staffing experiences required; 3 years preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of online software tools and applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
