NHS Solutions has an urgent need for an Interim Director Home Health/Hospice. The Interim Director will serve as a liaison with appropriate management, personnel and affiliate departments and committees, the development of policies and guidelines for home health clinical personnel, and providing professional input to related administrative systems. He/she will direct and supervise professional and auxiliary personnel rendering patient care services, performing marketing duties and communicating the concept of quality client care to the general community. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for leadership and supervision to ensure that key bench mark indicators are met and will be responsible for compliance with meeting any applicable laws, regulations and requirements affecting the Home Health/Hospice program, Medicare regulations and JC standards.
