Manage cardiology services
Oversee and allocate available resources for efficient and effective patient care
Provide input into patient care service decisions and ensure staff is informed and adheres to management and hospital-wide activities
Maintain 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the implementation of hospital philosophies, goals and regulatory standards
Lead by example, setting expectations, participating in developing plans and managing processes that measure the quality of the clinical areas
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment
