NHS Solutions has an urgent need with a fast start for an experienced Interim Director of Women’s and Children’s. The Interim Director of Women’s and Children’s will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations throughout both the Pediatric and PICU units. The Interim Director will oversee multiple units including Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, PICU, and NICU and will be responsible for a wide range of patient care including respiratory illness, orthopedic surgeries including fractures and congenital repairs, cranial surgeries, diabetics, transfers, and more. This leader will collaborate closely with additional departments including physicians, nursing executives, social work, case management, pharmacy, and other ancillary departments. This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
