NHS Solutions has a new opportunity for an Interim OR Manager. The scope of the role includes oversight of the Main Operating Room, Surgical Services. Our client is looking for an Interim Leader who can stabilize department staff, decreasing turnover. The Interim OR Manager will work to get cases done on time, reducing room turnover rate and assisting the department coordinator with entering changes. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a smooth approach, personable and capable of building effective working relationships.
