NHS Solutions has an immediate need for an Interim HIM Leader. An Interim HIM Operations Manager is needed to lead non-clinical operations in Health Information Management (HIM) for a medium-sized acute care facility. The role reports directly to the Director and Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate birth certificate processing, all while maintaining strict compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, the Interim HIM Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in onboarding and training new team members. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, experienced leader who can seamlessly step in and take charge of operations. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
