The team at NHS Solutions has gained a valuable new member. Kevin Lawler has taken the new and vital position of Technical Support Manager. He will be instrumental in the growth of the business as NHS Solutions continues to expand and deepen its presence across the United States. Kevin brings a wealth of experience. He grew up just outside Boston in Norwood, MA and then went to college at Villanova University near Philadelphia. After graduation Kevin returned to Boston and began his career with Wayfair.com in the customer service department. As that business grew, he became an operations analyst. Kevin was exposed to several key areas that have perfectly prepared him for his new role at NHS Solutions. He has worked extensively in ecommerce, pharma, and database analysis. Prior to joining NHS Solutions, Kevin applied his technical skills to the world of health care recruiting. Kevin states, “I look forward to helping to grow this business by migrating to and training on a new CRM, creating new efficiencies with technology and being a resource for all other NHS Solutions team members.” When Kevin is not in front of his computer he is working on his MBA at UMass-Boston or playing golf.
