Conrad has over 9 years of Business Development, Account Management and Recruitment experience ranging from the Healthcare and Biotech industries to Non-Profit organizations. In addition to his experience in clinical and non-clinical Interim Leadership needs, Conrad has assisted Healthcare organizations with per diem and travel RN needs nationwide. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

In his free time, Conrad enjoys hiking, exercise, traveling, gardening and cooking.
