Focused on Interim Healthcare Leadership

NHS Solutions is an industry leading, specialty hospital search firm focused on short-term manager, director, VP, and C-level clinical and non-clinical management positions. Some companies focus on locum tenens and travelling nurses. Others provide retained or contingent permanent search and/or consulting services. A few of these companies ‘add on’ interim staffing as an opportunistic afterthought. At NHS Solutions all we do is interim staffing. As a result, we have become nationally recognized as best-in-class because of our successful focus.

Why Use an Interim Healthcare Leader

  • Fresh Perspectives

Interim leaders bring experience from working in many different hospital environments. They understand culture fit and provide the benefit of an unbiased, fresh perspective to tackle each unique hospital-specific challenge.

  • Efficiency

Interim leaders can keep a department running efficiently during a transition period.

  • Burn-out prevention

This can occur when current staff try to cover a vacant role. In the short term this can work but some permanent roles can take months to fill.

Types of Positions We Fill

Our forte is the ability to quickly fill management vacancies with our qualified interim leaders, allowing the hospitals to maintain their focus on providing quality healthcare to its patients.
