Courtney is based in Erie PA and will be working with our hospital clients in the Northeast to assist in filling leadership gaps. Courtney is committed to providing organizations with qualified and seasoned clinical and non-clinical interim leaders, seamlessly supporting a transition to organizations’ long-term solutions. She is equipped with a talented and dynamic team of recruiting specialists who are able to quickly and accurately fill nurse leadership needs with highly experienced interim healthcare leaders.

NHS Solutions is comprised of a 100% remote team. The company prides itself on also being 100% paperless and scrupulously HIPPA compliant. However, having Courtney based in Pennsylvania is a key component for our hospitals in the Northeast. Courtney will be travelling to meet as many of our clients in person as time and health constraints will allow. NHS Solutions is looking forward to the opportunity to once again conduct in-person meetings. Courtney has proven herself to be innovative and responsive within healthcare’s recent challenges. She has over 7 years’ experience in healthcare and staffing and has proven to be skilled in moving conventional paradigms to support and develop new business. Her credentials also include a Bachelor of Science-Public Health from Mercyhurst University. Her 2 dogs, Skylar and Bauer are key in her ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
